To prevent abuse of the visitor parking spots, all visitors must call in their vehicle by calling the following number and providing the resident's home address along with the vehicles make, model, year, and license plate: 416-410-8764.

Visitors who park on the premises (apart from driveways and reserved parking spots, at the discretion of the owner) but not in a visitor parking spot, or do not call in their vehicle will be ticketed or towed.

Visitor Parking IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF DEMPSEY PARK

Unfortunately, a few residents have continued to
1. park inappropriately in the visitor parking spots
2. park in non-authorized areas
Therefore the Board of Directors has found it necessary to institute a Parking Control Program.

Effective January 1, 2004, Security Advisor Group Inc will begin to monitor the area and ticket cars that are inappropriately parked.

There will be a new service for visitor parking called "VISITOR VOICE MAILBOX" (VVM). Please call 416-410-8764 and provide your guests' vehicle information to prevent the tagging of their automobile for that day and/or night. VVM calls are only valid for the day that your call has been placed and will expire at 11:00 a.m. the following morning. If your guest will be staying longer than one day or night, you must call each day for authorization. If your guest will be staying longer than 3 nights, you must contact Alex Garcia at Simerra Property Management at 416-293-5900, ext. 296 during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, for consideration of an extended pass.

Note that it will no longer be necessary to use the yellow laminated cards.

Please have the following information ready when you call:

1. Your address
2. The license plate number of your guest's vehicle

The most important things to remember are:
1. Residents must always park in their own designated spaces
2. Guest vehicles must be authorized by a VVM permit required at all times.

Vehicles will be tagged if authorization procedures are not followed.
Visitors' parking is reserved for guests 24 hours per day and this will be closely monitored. As stated in the Condominium Documentation: "No owner of a unit, nor his tenant, nor members of the household of the unit owner shall park upon any portion of the common elements designated as visitor parking". If residents are found using the Visitor's Parking for their own vehicle, this may result in the ticketing or towing of their vehicle. In addition, the Corporation has the right to deny visitor parking privileges for an indefinite period of time.

Vehicles parked in NO PARKING ZONES, FIRE ROUTES OR ANY UNDESIGNATED AREAS will be TAGGED OR TOWED without further notice.
